We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you fill in our contact or booking form, we ask for your name, email address, phone number and details about your trip. We use this to reply to you and to arrange your booking.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and arrange your trip.
- To contact you about your booking, for example if the weather means we need to change the date.
- We do not use your details for marketing, and we never sell or share them with anyone for that purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and booking details for as long as we need them to arrange your trip and to keep normal business records. After that we delete them.
Where it is stored
Messages sent through our forms are emailed to us and stored securely on our website. The website is hosted by a web hosting company that processes this data on our behalf. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited processes information about your visit for us.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website, for example which pages are visited most. Google Analytics uses cookies, so we only turn it on if you agree through the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Manage consent tab at the bottom of each page.
